Each member of the family becomes anxious and excited with the news of the newly born person. When a baby is welcomed home, lots of new clothes wait for him. One needs to have baby care knowledge to buy the right clothes for the baby. First, they should not be tight and must let the baby breathe easily. The clothes should be of pure cotton and soft and comfortable to wear.
They should be simple and basic ones with good quality. The most important thing is to avoid any excess decorations with button, stones which can make baby uncomfortable. At this stage, baby grows faster and you will notice that there will be new requirements of clothes after every two months. Replace them with clothes of right size as too tight clothes will work as an obstacle to your baby’s physical growth. Another important thing is that you can use as many colors in his wardrobe to let him be acquainted with the colors.
When arranging the bed for baby, vital point is that it should be comfortable enough. It is better to avoid fancy things as they are too little to cope up with all these. The fabrics should be non-allergenic. Always keep an extra set as it can be needed anytime. Using a mosquito net is advisable if there is existence of flies and mosquitoes. Pillow should be of right heights.
If the pillow is too high, the posture of the baby while will be incorrect. It is advisable to have pillows which are almost flat. Some even believe to let the baby sleep without a pillow. This is because when the head is positioned flat, it is the correct posture. Also, baby will not get double chin and shape of the neck will be better.
