Finding The Free MP3 Music Downloads You Want
When you search or download MP3 music for free on P2P sharing networks, you’re likely to get hundreds of different results. The problem is that you’re not interested in most of them, and that you probably want just one or two tracks for yourself. Believe it or not, there’s actually a method to search for those free MP3 music downloads so that you won’t have to waste your time sifting through files you don’t even like in the first place.
If you’re looking for just a single song, it pays to type in all the terms without punctuation. That means you’ll have to enter the artist’s name and the title of the track into the P2P client’s search field. That way, you should get only the results you want, and you can just pick out the file you’ll download based on the number of sharers and the quality of the file.
Downloading entire albums, on the other hand, is slightly harder. Typing in the name of the artist and the album you want should give you a long list of files. Many of them RAR or ZIP archives. Now, getting a whole archive of songs is convenient because you download just one file to get all the tracks you want. However, those file formats are also notorious for carrying fake files and viruses, so they’re risky to open.
A better idea would be to get a track list for that album and then download the tracks individually. This is especially handy for networks like BearShare that don’t support non-multimedia files. It’s a little more tedious, yes, but at least you’ll be sure that all you’re getting is music.
